I decided to try something different with the blog this week and do a wrap-up post for all the events that happened with Paramore, Rob and Kristen from November 26-December 2 (Sunday-Saturday). It's kind of like what some other fansites do, linking back to their own content, but I'm linking to content that I'm a fan of.

Here's the second installment of our my Weekly Update:

#TOURTWO: Paramore Bring their 'After Laughter' Tour to a Close in Hometown Show

Now that the Tour Two is almost over, Paramore brought their After Laughter experience back to their hometown, Nashville!

#GRAMMYS2017: Paramore's 'After Laughter' and "Hard Times" Submitted

Source: paramofe
It's Grammy season yet again, and Paramore's After Laughter has been submitted for Best Pop Vocal Album and Album of the Year. Their hit first single from the album, "Hard Times" was submitted for Record of the Year, Song of the Year, Best Pop Duo/Group Performance and Best Music Video.

Before, I wasn't that excited for this nomination, it was expected that Hard Times would get submissions for Best Music Video, but Song of the Year? When they have so many other amazing songs on the album, like 26? or  Forgiveness? Best Pop Duo/Group is obvious. Album of the Year is unexpected too. Not that I don't want them to not win the nods, but it's hard to say, after the huge success of the 2013 self-titled album, and their first Grammy win for "Ain't it Fun". Personally, I feel like this album as a whole was meant as therapy; a way of passage for the band. It doesn't feel like an album that should absolutely-positively get big awards for.

Nominations will be announced on November 28, so we'll see what gets the big push then.

#ELLEWIH 2017: Kristen Stewart Surprises Us All with a Festive Fall Suit!

Kristen Stewart surprises us all with a very festive, orange and brown suit by Antonio Berardi, Resort 2018 at the 2017 Elle Magazine Women in Hollywood Awards in Los Angeles, CA. Also there were some of the Twilight Saga squad, Ashley Greene (Alice Cullen) and Nikki Reed (Rosalie Hale). It was just a lovely scene to see such fabulous badass women coming together for one night.

Kristen was also there to present her friend and The Runaways co-star Riley Keough the Spotlight Award at the event, with a lovely, eye-opening speech regarding the sexual harassment issues within Hollywood. Especially those against Harvey Weinstein, which I loved! From Elle.com
"I just want to express how thankful I am to hear what is typically a sort of like murmured pseudo-conversation because we've all been talking about this forever—not to make it specific, but it is, about this motherfucker," Kristen said as the audience cheered.
"It's just like one of those conversations we've all had a million times be so loud amongst people who really care about that. If I had someone close to me feel like they couldn't be helped or were subject to that type of manipulation or torment or fear of any kind really, especially in regards to being in our realm, where we work, where we have taken very apparent strides towards something not quite equal, but somewhere hopeful for sure, I would feel sick, and do, because I know a lot of these women," she continued.
"So kudos to those who felt hopeful enough, and comfortable enough to be caught and received and heard by those around them, that made it okay to allow themselves to feel better," she said. "Because you need to allow yourself to feel better when you feel that bad. And it takes help and we can all be proud of that notion and perpetuate it by saying that we have got you, affirmatively."
"I can't tell you how many times I've saved makeup artists—because it trickles down to makeup artists, camera assistants—from DPs who are like, 'Hey babe,' you know like, it happens on lesser scales, too. And, um, when I say like 'saved' I mean momentarily been like, "Hey, don't, fucker." And then they're embarrassed for one second but then it just keeps going every single day."
"So, I would say let's be aware of this on every level. I can tell you that those girls are as duct-taped as one could possibly be, because they're in fear of getting their next job."

#TOURTWO: Paramore Find Solace in Music During Their Radio City Music Hall Debut

This past week has been so heartbreaking and full of negativity in the news, what with the death of Tom Petty and the Las Vegas terrorist attacks. But that didn't stop Paramore from sharing their hope and positivity within their music during their Radio City Music Hall debut in New York City. If you haven't read Billboard's review of the big night, here's a snippet:

"If we cry hard, we dance harder,” Paramore’s Hayley Williams tells the sold-out crowd at New York’s Radio City Music Hall Wednesday night (Oct. 4). "It's been a gnarly week, it's been shitty and emotional and we just want to dance with you, sing with you, cry with you. You got your dancing shoes on?"
Williams’ comments throughout the entire show made it apparent that she was feeling just as much grief as anyone in the 6,000-person audience before her. And while she had the energy of someone who was bursting with happiness (not to mention her super-sparkly gold sequined romper), her profound “cry hard, dance forever” sentiment revealed that perhaps that energy was simply fueled by emotion -- whether it was purely positive or otherwise.
Starting the show off with the After Laughter hit “Hard Times,” Paramore carried through a 19-song set list chock full of their biggest hits as well as some of their most heart-hitting tracks, from "That's What You Get" to "Fake Happy." Williams fulfilled her frontwoman duties to the fullest, with hair-flip headbanging and can-can kicks galore, but perhaps most necessary -- at least for the timing of this particular show -- plenty of heartfelt and poignantly uplifting statements to keep spirits high.
The most emotional point came when Williams and guitarist Taylor York stripped things down for an acoustic version of "26" ("the chairs are out, the gloves are off, New York City,” Wiliams quipped), but much like the rest of the show, with the crowd singing along so loudly, it felt like any sadness was purely taken over by passion. And while the choir of strangers was practically thunderous, when it came time for Williams to converse instead of croon, she had its full attention.
"I'm not going to preach to you or anything,” she said before the final few songs in the pre-encore part of the show -- sparking a unanimously roaring, “Preach! Preach! Preach!” that echoed in the dome-like venue -- Williams went on telling fans to use sadness or pain as inspiration to create, something that’s led to the music they’ve put out in the world.
The fact that Hayley took the time not only to briefly discuss the tragedies of this past week, but to use her platform to bring hope and love is just all things that I love about her, the band, and their music. It's a lot more than "thoughts and prayers" tweets, or tone deaf Facebook message; it's so much more to use their platform for what it's worth. And what makes it even better is that this is all during their first-ever performance at the famous Radio City Music Hall!

#LFF: Robert Pattinson at the 2017 BFI London Film Festival for the U.K. Premiere of GOOD TIME

Robert Pattinson looked good at the BFI London Film Festival today! He almost always looks good, but this time, he looked exceptional in his tux, still sporting his buzzcut hairdo. He attended LFF in support of the U.K. premiere of his new film, Good Time, along with director Benny Safdie of the Safdie Brothers.

Madame Figaro France Photoshoot Showcases the Different Sides of Kristen Stewart

Madame Figaro France has always been known to showcase different sides to actors, actresses and more in a pristine yet edgy way. So it's only fitting that they do the same for Kristen Stewart. Her aura screams "sophisticated rebel", so this photoshoot doesn't shy away for her to be her daring self. Photographer Matthew Brookes ,makeup artist Christophe Danchaud, and hairstylist Ken O'Rourke did a great job of making Kristen's aesthetic stand out but not be too distracting from her natural beauty.

    Shy and Reserved Kristen

    Thoughtful Kristen

    Barefoot and Buckwild Kristen

    Smoky Kristen

    Staring-into-Space-in-a-Total-Baddass-Way Kristen

And the best type of Kristen...Puppy-Baby-Mom Kristen!!

Hopefully the full interview will be available soon (translated, of course). But for now, I think we can live with these perfect photos.

#TheConX: Hayley Williams to Sing "Nineteen" on Tegan and Sara's 10th Anniversary Album

UPDATE: Hear a Snippet of Hayley Williams' cover of "Nineteen":

    http://paramoremusiccom.tumblr.com/post/166575482137/a-snippet-of-nineteen-covered-by-hayley-williams

    ~oOoOoOoOo~
    Original Story:

As someone who is both a Paramore and Tegan & Sara fan, it's so sweet to hear that Hayley Williams will be singing her own version of "Nineteen" for the rock duo's The Con X: Covers album to celebrate its tenth anniversary.

We encouraged each artist to approach the song they were covering in any fashion they saw fit.”
The preorder for The Con X: Covers will begin on September 19 via teganandsara.com. The CD and digital/streaming album will be released on October 20. Vinyl will be released on December 22.
The proceeds will go to the Tegan and Sara Foundation, which raises money for self-identified women and girls in the LGBTQ community.
"Nineteen" has become one of my most favorite T&S songs, especially when they do it live, when they incorporate it within the sound of the rest of their current album, Love You to Death. It'll be interesting to hear how Hayley interprets the song, especially since it's a duet.

See the official CD and Vinyl tracklist below:
    1. Ruth B. – I Was Married
    2. MUNA – Relief Next to Me
    3. Shura – The Con
    4. Mykki Blanco – Knife Going In
    5. PVRIS – Are You Ten Years Ago
    6. Ryan Adams – Back in Your Head
    7. City and Colour – Hop a Plane
    8. Kelly Lee Owens – Soil, Soil
    9. Bleachers – Burn Your Life Down
    10. Hayley Williams of Paramore – Nineteen
    11. Sara Bareilles – Floorplan
    12. Shamir – Like O, Like H
    13. Trashique (GRIMES X HANA) – Dark Come Soon
    14. CHVRCHES – Call it Off
    Digital Bonus Tracks:
    15. Cyndi Lauper – Back in Your Head (Bonus Track)
    16. Bleached – One Second (Bonus Track)
    17. Vivek Shraya – I Take All the Blame (Bonus Track)
    18. Tegan and Sara – Miami Still (Bonus Track Demo)

NEW BLOG POST: #PARAMOREonGMA 2017 and More Fansite News!!

    Guess who's back....back again!! Dani's back...tell a friend!!

No, but seriously! Aside from the obvious, I'm coming back to blogging about my fave three groups, on a weekly basis. Now that school is almost over, I'm done with all of my classes, and graduation is next month, I have more time for fangirling goodness. Also... I have a new photo gallery from So Sugary!!

Visit paramorerklife.sosugary.org for more photos! It's just setting up, so brace yourself for all the epic photoshoots, candids, public appearances and more.

But back to the moment you've all been waiting for... PARAMORE ON GMA!! They performed five songs: Hard Times, Fake Happy (which has been released as a new single), and Rose-Colored Boy, and Caught in the Middle. I didn't think they'd do RCB live and have it air on TV, but that surprised me in the best possible way! And I loved how they all dressed in black and white. Additionally, the band announced via Twitter the next leg of their After Laughter Tour --- called Tour Three --- starting in Cardiff, UK on January 11:
