CHARLIE'S ANGELS: Kristen Stewart, Naomi Scott, Ella Balinska Set to Star in Elizabeth Banks' Reboot

The time has come! Many news outlets, including The Hollywood Reporter, Deadline, and the Playlist have announced that Kristen Stewart, Naomi Scott and British newcomer Ella Balinska are set to star in the new Charlie's Angels reboot, with Elizabeth Banks directing. 

We've already heard rumors and ups-and-downs with the casting. Earlier this month, some outlets presented the idea of Lupita Nyong'o first being cast. However, it looks like Elle has taken her place in the official announcement. It's a bit disappointing that Lupita won't be starring with the other fabulous ladies, but there will be other chances. 

As for Kristen, it's been a minute since we've seen her in a big-budget action film since Snow White and the Hunstman in 2012, and even later with the sleeper comedy American Ultra in 2015. So it's awesome that this is the next step into her career as an actor. 

#Cannes2018 MASTER POST (PART 1): Kristen Stewart, Jury Member of the Cannes Film Festival 2018!!

The time has come!! Kristen Stewart has participated and attended the Cannes Film Festival as an actress several times, a director once and now a jury member. She, along with Cannes President Cate Blanchett; Chang Chen; Ava DuVernay; Robert Guédiguian, Khadja Nin, Léa Seydoux, and Denis Villeneuve, came together to judge and critique 22 films in competition. The whole cast members attended the photocall and press conference on the first day of the festival. They also attended the opening ceremony on May 8. There was also a press conference and closing ceremony on the final day, May 19.

There's so much going on, my mind can only handle on day at a time, so I decided to split everything into groups for the past two weeks. Part 1 consists of Kristen attending the Jury Dinner, Photocall and Press Conference on May 7-8.

I decided to try something different with the blog this week and do a wrap-up post for all the events that happened with Paramore, Rob and Kristen from April 8-14 (Sunday-Saturday). Not that much happened this week, just Paramore's third biennial Parahoy 2018: Deep Search cruise, as well as Kristen Stewart's 28th birthday on April 9. Robert Pattinson also had a new Dior Homme campaign with Karl Lagerfeld. Here's the fifth installment of The Weekly Update:

Wake Up, Roseville!!! After almost two weeks of teasing on Instagram, Paramore have released the music video for their latest single, "Rose-Colored Boy" from their fifth album After Laughter.
